Innovative Contactless Technology for Enhanced Signal Integrity
UEA’s RF slip rings utilize a contactless signal transfer technology using radio frequency transceivers, delivering reliable and efficient signal transmission without physical contact. This innovative design eliminates wear and tear, maintaining performance throughout the product’s lifespan. Capable of transferring a variety of signals such as CAN and Ethernet protocols at speeds up to 5 GBPS, these slip rings are versatile enough for diverse applications and high-speed data needs.
Customizable and Durable: RF Slip Rings for Harsh Environments
These slip rings can be customized to meet specific IP ratings up to IP69, making them suitable for use in harsh environments where they are exposed to dust, water, and other elements. The PCB-based design further enhances reliability, allowing for uninterrupted signal transfer with minimal downtime.
Compact Design for Versatile Integration and Extreme Durability
Designed to fit into compact spaces, the RF slip rings are as small as 0.7 inches wide and 0.6 inches high, and can be integrated into existing setups including through bore or enclosed within conventional power slip rings. They are engineered to perform in extreme temperatures ranging from -40°F to 320°F (-40°C to 160°C), with customizable enclosures made from materials like nylon or steel to deliver consistent performance under various operational conditions.
